Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

5. Intellectual Property
All Qhroma content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks belong to Qhroma or its licensors.

Use Qhroma branding without written permission
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Qhroma a license to use it to operate the platform.

You are responsible for content you upload or generate using Qhroma.

Qhroma may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. AI & Automated Features
Qhroma uses AI and automation to enhance productivity.
You acknowledge:
AI outputs may not always be accurate
AI does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice
You are responsible for verifying outputs before use
AI is a tool, not a decision-maker.
8. Third-Party Services
Qhroma may integrate third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party outages or failures
Their privacy practices or terms
Use them at your own discretion.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
Pose a risk to the platform or other users
